About Alison Hild, MA, AMFT

I’m a child, teen, adult, and family therapist passionate about helping others explore their inner worlds. I serve California-based clients both in-person in Old Town Pasadena and virtually via Zoom.

I’m a veteran of the music industry in Los Angeles and worked for many years at a preschool, both of which have given me an intimate understanding and compassion for the struggles that children, adults, and parents undergo while navigating through life. I’m trained in ecotherapy, brainspotting, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Art Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy.

In my spare time, I love to spend time in nature hiking, exploring, or traveling. You’ll often find me spending time with my husband or my dog, Doug.
