Individual Therapy for Adults

As a trauma-trained therapist, I support my adult clients who have experienced traumatic events and integrate evidenced-based modalities such as EMDR and Brainspotting into the work we do together. I utilize a narrative approach, supporting my clients in telling their story, and providing coping mechanisms such as meditation, breathing exercises, and other tools as needed to support you in your personal exploration.

What to expect from therapy:

  • 50-minute sessions, held in-person in my office or virtually over Zoom, whichever your prefer.

  • Weekly sessions, unless we determine a different cadence is right for you.
